The Poet’s Playground is a poetry circle aimed at building an inclusive poetry community around the act of writing, sharing, and providing useful, positive feedback to enhance the craft. It takes place on the second and last Thursday of each month at the book room at St. Clement’s Episcopal Church in Hawthorne, NJ.
What’s needed: notebook, be 18+, writing instrument.
What’s not needed: experience, pretension, bad vibes
